I encourage you to connect with your heart this month. Feelings of wellness and peace increase our immune system. In particular, they stimulate the secretion of our own immunoglobulin A (IgA). IgA prevents a bacteria or a virus from entering our cells.
Here are some ways you can start to increase your immune system while creating heart brain alignment.
- Focus your attention on your heart
- Imagine your breath flowing in and out of your chest. Inhale for 5 seconds and exhale for 5 seconds through your nose
(The goal is to slow down your breathing)
- Feel appreciation, care or love towards someone or something
- Practice for five or more minutes daily.
