I encourage you to connect with your heart this month.  Feelings of wellness and peace increase our immune system. In particular, they stimulate the secretion of our own immunoglobulin A (IgA).  IgA prevents a bacteria or a virus from entering our cells. Here are some ways you can start to increase your immune system while creating heart brain alignment. Focus your attention on your heart Imagine your breath flowing in and out of your chest. Inhale for 5 seconds and exhale for 5 seconds through your nose (The goal is to slow down your breathing) Feel appreciation, care or love towards someone or something Practice for five or more minutes daily. Lets create stronger and peaceful hearts

Happy New Year and welcome to 2021.  With 2020 in the past, developing the skills to maintain inner peace, joy and well-being in face of adversity is key to happy and healthy life.  My wish for you is to become healthier, stronger and happier this year. In order to get what you want; you need to know what you want.  Pick one goal.  Whatever you pick, make sure, that it is a SMART goal.  This means that the goal needs to have the specific criteria: Specific: What do exactly want to accomplish? Measurable:  How can you measure progress to know you have successfully achieved the goal? Achievable: Do you have the skills required to achieve the goal?  Is the amount of effort required on par with what the goal will achieve? Relevant: Why am I setting the goal now?
