Welcome to Your Heart

I encourage you to connect with your heart this month.  Feelings of wellness and peace increase our immune system. In particular, they stimulate the secretion of our own immunoglobulin A (IgA).  IgA prevents a bacteria or a virus from entering our cells.

Here are some ways you can start to increase your immune system while creating heart brain alignment.

  1. Focus your attention on your heart
  2. Imagine your breath flowing in and out of your chest. Inhale for 5 seconds and exhale for 5 seconds through your nose

(The goal is to slow down your breathing)

  • Feel appreciation, care or love towards someone or something
  • Practice for five or more minutes daily.
